Norton scans all outgoing email, even though the setting is for incoming
only.

Is this just a bug with Norton?

Norton does not give any free support, not even via email. This is one
big thing wrong with Norton.

Why use Norton? I use Trend Internet Security, and if I tell it not to
scan outgoing mail then it won't. Furthermore, Trend will respond
to requests for EMail support.

If you wish to stick with NAV then I recommend the NAV FAQs.
This question must have been asked hundreds of times.
