Scanning negatives larger than 35 mm

Hi,
Is it possible to use a flatbed scanner i.e. Canoscan 4200F to scan
negatives larger than 35 mm?

I am aware, that it needs a bit of non-routine processes, but that's OK

I'd suggest you check the Canon website and maybe download the
documentation for the scanner, if you don't have it. My reading is it's
35mm negs & mounted slides only.

The Canoscan 8400F can scan 2 frames of 6x9 120 film. Epson also make a
couple of flatbeds that can deal with 120, maybe even larger.

Could the OP not just make some sort of holder?
