Scan Scheduler

I have my scan schedule set for weekly on a Friday at
1930. Imagine my surprise when, at 1930 today, Wednesday,
the scan process automatically kicked in and ran a full
scan. I've rechecked settings in the scheduler and they
are definitely set for weekly/Friday (my system date/time
are okay).
Anyone else have any issues with the scan scheduler?

Yes--Microsoft monitors these forums, and, I suspect, is quite capable of
catching the more egregious bugs found here on their own.

If you haven't tried control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft
Antispyware, change, update

that might be worth trying--even if uninstalling and reinstalling have not
worked.
