Scan results are (very) bad

Dear People,

I've just scan my computer with the latest update Antispyware. After this
action I've make a scan with Ad-aware. There was no spyware removed?!

There were no cookies removed, for sure. What other spyware, besides
cookies and data miners (another name for cookies) did ad-aware find?
