Scan Disk on Start Up

My compuuter insists on running scandisk almost every
time it starts up. Is there any way to turn this off or
fix the problem that is causing it?

do a search for a file called memory.dmp and delete it
 
My computer is doing the same after I had installed a second hard drive. Did you get any success on solving this problem?
