Scan/Clean doesn't execute

The scheduled scan works and detects spyware but when I
click to take action to remove it goes to a blank
Antispyware screen and does nothing. When I click scan,
also a blank antispyware screen is all I get. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled and no luck. So it detscts
Spyware but won't allow unscheduled scans or to take
action on items detected in scheduled scans.
 
I'm having the same problem, and safe mode makes no
difference. I also tried a diagnostic startup using MSCONFIG.
