Is it possible to scale down a web page so that it will fit an 8½ by 11
sheet on an inkjet printer?
I've tried print screen, Word, PaperPort, etc., and the text near the
right hand edge is often cut off

Web pages can be infinitely long, so the true answer is no, not really. If
your printer drivers have the option, use "Fit to Page". They can also be
infinitely wide, although usually 1024 x 760 or a variation thereof...
although I know several pages that can only be printed in landscape mode...
Southwest Airlines reservations page being a good example.

Yes, and it's easy. File >> Page Setup and check "Shrink to fit page
width".

(You _do_ know hat you need to tell us which browser you're using,
right? Otherwise you get instructions like the above that are valid
for the browser the answerer uses but may not be valid for yours. I'm
using Mozilla.)
