SBCMSYNC.DLL error in Outlook 2002 running on VISTA

After using the VISTA transfer files and settings program, Outlook now
generates two error messages about the non-existant add-in SBCMSYNC.DLL. I
have read lots of KB articles, but their non-registry solutions don't work
and, of course, you can't get at the registry in VISTA. (I have already tried
deleting the extend.dat file.) The computer I transferred from probably had
Office 2000 before it was replaced by Office XP.

I don't have that file on my machine. I wonder it belongs to Office
Live BCM or some other product, and not to Outlook BCM.
