Says it's "done" but never is

About one in every 5 or 6 times using IE 6, the globe at the top right corner will spin and spin.....at the bottom left corner, you never see the web site loading it....it just says done. It takes several seconds for the site to load in....this is not a problem with my server...they say the signal is strong.

Some things to check.
Check if your firewall isn't blocking scripting for the MS URL.
If you've got Norton then, "Allow animations to repeat," needs to be enabled
as well for some web sites, or you get "Done" on your browser status bar and
a blank window.
