Is there a way to save to the same folder without havin to navigate to
that folder everytime?
 
Tools>Options>General>Default file Location pathname will be your default
folder for Open and Save.

If you want to save in another folder you will have to navigate or use a macro
to re-direct the file being saved to a folder of your choice.
