saving with macros in excell

Hi lads n lassies... little querstion for you regardign saving an excel doc
with macros enabled.
Right i haev a user who has an excel doc adn when she opens it she enables
the macros.
Now when she tries to save this to a shared drive she cant save it : error :
unable to save this document.
But if she opens it but dosdent enable to macros she can save it to shared
drive.
any tips on this please?
 
Is there anything in any of the macros that's stopping her?

How about if the antivirus program is (temporarily) disabled--can she save it
then?
