Saving the result of a calculation using pre-determined formulae

Please could anyone confirm if there is a way of saving a
workbook containing the result of a calculation which has
been performed using the formulae contained in a pre-
formatted template (i.e. the formulae no longer become
executable).

I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Are you asking how to do Copy|Paste Special|Values?

This'll convert the formula (or range of formulas) to values.
