Saving the contents of a picturebox

Hi all,

Is it possible to output the contents of a panel as a graphic file?
 
well, the panel contains a picturebox. i have overlaid textboxes on top of
the picturebox. I then want to output the picturebox with the textboxes on
top as a graphics file.
