Hi,

Does anybody know how to save the search result on my computer search?
More information: I want to search for some files within a folder and I want
to save the results in any kind of format so I can export it to excel for
example

Hi

Searches are saved as .FND files. I haven't found a way to re-format them
into any other application. If you try to open an .FND into MS Excel you'll
get the 'This file is not in a recognizable format' error message.

Hi,

An alternative is to use a 3rd party search tool (free):

Download it from here:
http://www.mythicsoft.com/agentransack/default.aspx

Agent Ransack can save the search result to a file (or clipboard), as text,
comma separated text or tab separated text. E.g. Excel reads comma separated
text (csv) very well.
