Saving Records to Avoid Changing Prices

How do I go about saving a record that is linked to several tables and
queries. I want to save data based on the prices associated with the product
at the time of the entry. is this even possible?

I suspect the reason you have not yet received a response is the reason
I have not yet responded. I don't have the foggiest what you are trying to
do. Maybe using some specific examples would help.
