Saving Powerpoint Pictures

I have Powerpoint but don't use it to create presentations (Maybe in the
next life). Anyway, I receive and view many Powerpoint e-mail attachments
and when looking at some spectacular pictures I often think I'd like to save
a picture I see as wallpaper or as a screensaver. Anyway to do that?
