Saving pictures

How do you save pictures off the internet without it
being a bitmap? In the past I just left click, select
save as, and off I go.

Now I noticed every time I save one now it wants to save
it as a bitmap and not in the format the picture should
be as it is on the site.

Your Internet Explorer Temporary Files Cache is full and
needs to be emptied.

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
and perform some housekeeping.
