Saving pictures from web site

everytime i right click i dont get the option to save my
picture as a .jpeg i only get the .gif option. any
suggestions on how to fix this?
 
Your Internet Explorer Temporary Files Cache is full and
needs to be emptied.

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
and perform some housekeeping.
