Saving Pictures; Everything is BMPs

I noticed that , within the past few days, every time I save a picture, I
only have the option of bmps. Even though the original pic is jpg or
whatever, IE only is allowing bmps. How can I fix this without converting
after saving?

Clear the Temporary Internet Files. In IE>Tools>Internet Options>
Delete Files button. And check the box to Delete Offline content.
 
THNAKS! It worked beautifully. (Allowing my blonde roots to show) Does
clearing the cache fix most problems like this?
