Saving picture

All of a sudden when I'm trying to save a picture while using IE the only
option to 'save as' is bitmap even when the pic is a jpeg. I've done a
restart to see if that would help but it hasn't. Can anyone help?

Jpg (jpeg) files are the most common image format.
