Saving Pics

Hi,

Recently when i go to save pictures from websites is
saves it as a BMP. and the file I save is a jpg. Why is
that and how can I fix that? I tried to unstall IE6 so I
can re-install it as if it was brand new so I can also
fix the problem of being able to seeing how far along the
page is from loading. But that hasn't worked so far. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

This problem occurs if the Temporary Internet Files are full. Clear the temporary internet files.

Clear the cache from IE, Tools, Internet Options, Delete files.
