I am having a problem with the password on one of my email accounts.
Frequently when I do a send/receive, the box pops up asking me for my
password, even though I have entered it and checked the 'save
password' box.
I followed all the instructions in KB 290684, but the problem recurs.
Is there anything else I can do to solve this?
