saving outlook 2003 settings on exiting

When I change settings in Outlook 2003 such as moving items to my favorite
folder section or customizing my toolbar, then when I log off or hibernate,
the settings all go back to they were before I changed them. Every day I
have to reset everything. How do I get outlook to save these settings upon
exit.

outlook is not closing completely. disconnect PDAs or close applications
using outlook data before closing outlook and you should be good to go.
