Saving older appointments

Is there a way to prevent outlook from deleting older appointments or are
they saved anywhere?
 
Outlook doesn't delete them. Either autoarchive is enabled or you have a
device syncing and it deletes them. If this is work account on Exchange
server the admin could have the server set to delete old items.
