I checked into some of the threads on this. I do have the tab marked to
automatically save them. And it works - for my default email address. I
just noticed that if I use one of the other addresses that Outlook handles
for me, none of the messages sent are saved in the Sent Folder. And I cannot
find them anywhere else either.
I did create a rule to 'fix' that so now all my messages are saved, but I
was curious about 'why' - if that indeed is what happened - Oulook would only
save messages from the one account. Or just what I missed somewhere along
the line.
And I don't know a whole lot - just a sort-of occasionally semi-competent
user. I couldn't even find the answer to my question in the help.
