saving jpegs

This problem seems to have begun last week, but every
time I right click- "save as" on an image,I am not given
any options on file types. The only choice available is
BMP. Saving from the file menu yields the same results.
My girlfriend's profile, on the same computer is fine
though! Any suggestions. Thankx for any help.

Empty your Temporary Internet Files. Open IE/click Tools/click
Internet Options/click the General tab/click Delete Files/check Delete offline content (if
you so desire)/OK/click OK/click Delete Cookies (If you so desire, up to you)/click
OK/click OK If you don't empty these out once in a while, the old bucket gets pretty darn
full.
