Saving jpegs

When I right-click on a jpeg (or gif) to save it, I'm not
given the option to Save As File...jepg--can only be
saved as ART or BITMAP. Is this a problem with Windows,
or AOL? And how can it be rectified?

people who have little experience with computers get started.
If I have never worked on a computer before and I get your answer, do you
think I would know how to delete my Internet Temporary files?
I am new to this, don't tell me to delete my temporary files. Tell me how to
delete them and tell me why I should delete them! If you don't want to help
a person who is "new to this" why don't you spend your time in a chat room
somewhere.
