saving images

every time I try to save a jpg , by right click or other
methods the only ext available is .BMP (bitmap)and the
pictures are jpgs

Hi

Try clearing out the TIF folder. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options and click on 'Delete Files...' and also 'Delete all offline content'.

This is the only thing I know how to fix. You need to

delete your temporary internet files. Go into control
panel, then internet options, and you'll see temporary
internet folders. I don't know why this works but it does.
