Saving images with correct name and format

G

Grumpy Oldman

I don't know when it changed, but I can't save images in their
original format or file name. When I select "Save picture as...", the
save dialog pops up with a file name of "untitled" and a format of
..bmp. It doesn't matter what the file name or type is, the dialog box
always has the same in it.

Anyway to correct this?

Thanks,

Grump

Grumpy,
You may need to clear your TIF as you may have a corrupt file there.

Close all instances of OE and IE
Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab
Click the "Delete Files" button, when prompted place a check in:
"Delete all offline content", click OK
Click the "Clear History" button, click OK.
Click the Settings button, adjust the TIF size to 50 mb, click OK
