saving gif files

When someone sends me an animated graphic in outlook and I try to save it the
only options I have are jpg or bmp is there a setting in outlook I can change
so I can save it as a gif?

Thanks Brian, I found it after I posted the question, problem is I cannot
change the security level of the macros since I am not the administrator on
this pc (work pc) any other suggestions?

Ask the administrator for help?

Got it to work just fine. How do I get it to save the pic to a specific
location like My Documents>My Pictures instead of to the desktop?
