Saving frame as jpeg

I need to save individual frames in PP as a jpeg, then
use them on a web site.

The resolution I'm getting is not acceptable. It seems
that the jpegs I'm saving are too big and need to be
resized smaller for the web site and this is making them
fuzzy.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Rob
