saving forms with unicodes

I created a site that contain unicode characters. I am able to write English
fine but anything that is outside of the ASCII standard became garbage when
it get posted to the access database. I had been able to save the form to an
html file and displayed the unicode characters without a problem. I also was
able to manually typed unicode characters into the access database and
displayed the result on a form with out any problem either. Only when I try
to write the data from the form directly to the access database does it
become garbage. Anyone has any idea on how to solve this problem? I
appreciate any input.
