Saving filtered combo result to table

The INSERT statement I have created to save the results of several
(filter) combo
box choices saves the associated ID rather than the selected
(displayed) combo box text
value.
Anyone have any ideas how to select this ?
 
Are you asking how to INSERT the displayed combo box text? Why would you
want to?!

What am I missing?
