Saving Emails

I have a client who would like to save an entire subfolders of emails to his
company's server. He would like for the process to simple, but just dragging
the subfolder doesn't work. Is there a one-step solution to saving emails to
the server without having to create folders and dragging emails individually.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

dragging should work- we need more info from you as to why it doesn't work.
Like, what happens when you try it?

When he drags a subfolder's worth of emails to the server it creates a
shortcut to the email folder in Outlook rather than saving the emails. He
would like to be able to save the entire folder's worth of emails with one
drag.
