Saving email

I'm using Outlook 2003. I would love to be able to save email related to a
specific project in a folder related to that project and outside of outlook.
That way emails message could easily be archived along with the project
files. Is there a way to do this? If not, maybe Microsoft needs to think
about adding this capability.

There are two ways of saving messages in Outlook - either drag the message
to an external folder where it will be saved as *.msg (and, AFAIK, is only
openable with Outlook), or highlight or open the message and click on
File-Save As which gives you the options to save as a text file or as HTML.
Both these functions have always been a part of Outlook....

Gordon: That's WAY too easy. No wonder I didn't think of it myself.
