No, actually it would be a list of great Irish pubs and even better
Tavernas. (Its this hangup that I've gotten into thank you - Nikkos)
 
OK, there's only one way to settle this. I'll have to go and test a
representative sample of Irish pubs and tavernas. I may be gone for some
time ...
 
Start at the Tavernas and you'll never get to the Irish Pubs for you
will see that the Greeks in fact do it better. But if a Taverna isn't
handy, before you hit a good Irish Pub, double check that you don't have
a bottle of oozo nearby.
 
I'm afraid this question has proved unanswerable, as any attempt to
determine the answer inevitably results in the investigator forgetting what
the question was ...
