Saving CVS in UTF-8

Is there a way to have Excel save a sheet in UTF-8 CVS format?
For htm and xml it can be done, by tweaking with "web settings" when saving.

CVS - Concurrent Versioning System
or
CSV - Comma Separated Values

Dang, I cannot type it correctly one single time!
