SAVING CHARTS

I AM HAVING TROUBLE SAVING CHARTS(stock charts) ON GOOGLE DOCUMENTS.
THE CHARTS GET UNDATED EVERYDAY AT THEIR OWN WILL.HOW DO I STOP THIS
FROM HAPPENING?
 
What you're pasting are undoubtedly links (images such as this are not
stored as part of a Web pages but as files linked to it), which are being
update at the Web site. After pasting in the chart, you can see the link by
pressing Alt+F9. You can unlink the chart by pressing Ctrl+Shift+F9.
