In outlook 2002 I saved a public folder calendar to our intranet website as
a webpage. I moved the end date to three months into the future. After it
saves, I go to look at it on the intranet and it only shows two. Is that a
bug and is there a fix for it?

I would redirect this questin to an Outlook newsgroup. I
use Outlook calendars on my site and have not had any
problems.

Mike,
I just posted a message on Calendars before reading this.
Can you tell me how to add a calendar to my web site. I want to be able to
display Game Times, practices, birthdays, and other important events. This
is for a soccer website.

Thanks

JCO-
If you have MS Outlook you can set up a calendar in there with all of
the various options it has. Then you choose to Save As Web Page and give it
a location and name- don't put it into your web directly, import it instead.
Here is one I just finished for the local Fire Department:

Well that is good news.
I'm not sure how you got it to go to the next month using the arrows. Is
that done simply with hyperlinks to the next page? On second thought, you
implied that outlook will maintain its functionality after it is exported.

Once exported and into the web, how would you edit it or make change.

Your colors look good

I was playing with this and it seems to work very well. It does generate a
lot of files but that can be easily managed. I will make numerous updates
which means I will have to replace the entire content with the new content
that I create (on each update).

My problem is this. I'm using OfficeXP for my outlook calendar. My
calendar always has all of the Tasks on the right side. It is a split
screen. I don't want this split screen. So far, I can't find anything on
how to get rid of this. If you have any inputs on this, let me know.

I am using Office 2000 and I haven't found that task lists. I did change the
view to various options but the calendar has come out the same way each
time. Maybe an Outlook newsgroup could be of assistance.

I have never really looked into the functionality of the created page, it
meets my current needs. The coloring on the page is all controlled by the
Cal.css file. I played with it until I got it the way it is and saved a
copy of it elsewhere and reimport that each month

That is a good idea, I will post a message.
I will let you know what I find out.... hopefully.

Thanks for you help.

Maybe you can answer another question.
I'm trying outlook but when I click the arrow (for the next month to
display) my top frame goes away and I cant get it back. Is your web set up
as a frame? If so, how do you get around that?

I was wondering if this problem only happens with frames or not.

Thanks
