Saving attachments

Please could you tell me if it is possible to change the
default file location when saving attachments that have
been sent with an email.
If the attachment is a .doc file - I have tried changing
the default file location in MS Word but it makes no
difference. It always seems to save to a temp folder.
Is this a known issue?

Use "Save As" then you can save the attachment where ever you like.

Thanks for the advice although this what I have been doing
but I wasn wondering if you could change the default
location as you can in other Office Apps.
