saving a web page that is html and then opening it in word

how do I open a HTML document and save it in word 2007 ---- I then want to
edit the document

If you have saved the HTML document to disk you should then be able to open
it in Word 2007, but note that the results will be better if you use an HTML
editor (which is designed to edit web documents).
