Hi. How do I save or forward a picture that arrived in a Word document.
It will save to the desktop as a .doc but not as a .jpg. Thanks.

hmm not sure if you can save embedded images, go to file and save it as
a webpage, that generates html for the text and i think it should save
the images as jpgs or gifs.

Flamer.

You need to copy the image from Word and paste it into something like
Paint. Then you can save it as jpeg.

There are several ways. First you can copy and paste it to Paint.
Secondly you can PrintScreen and paste it.

However, if you save as jpeg, the quality will be lost. Use a good pic
editor such as photoshop can save you from quality loss especially if
you intent to put that pix on the net!
