Saving a picture

I, often, right click on a newsgroup photo, and save it onto my harddrive in
a specified folder.

However, EVERY TIME I first do it ......., I have to continually click the
mouse in order to get the photo to go to the correct location.

How can I change the Outlook Express settings so that the default folder is
the ONE that I suggest ...NOT the folder that windows seems to want to put it.

Please help!!!!
