Saving a picture as a part of a record

hello,

I am creating a database that will eventually link to a website that sells
beads and beaded jewelry. I want to include a picture the artist sends me as
a part of the record for each product they want to sell. I have an OLE field
that stores the picture, but it doesn't display when I run a report or have
the record in a form. Is there some property I'm supposed to set to show the
pictures? I'm using MS Access 2000.

Lisa,
Take a look at the Northwind sample database. The Employee form in that
database has an example of how to display pictures.
