Saving a copy of posts

I view the newsgroups of Outlook Express through Outlook. How can I save a
copy of my posts and replies to the group?

I neglected to add that the box "Save a copy of sent messages" is checked in
Tools-Options-Send but to no avail.

While in OE, navigate to your Sent Items folder then check your View setting. To
see all messages in the current folder, click on View > Current View > Show All
Messages

News posts aren't saved like mail is. If you want to have a copy of what
you post, then in the compose window, click View>All Headers and, before
clicking Send, put your mail address in the Cc field.
