Savedump.exe error at log-off

On log off I repeatedly get the following error:

Savedump.exe
This application failed to star because dbdeng.dll was not found.
Re-installing application may fix this problem.

Can anyone suggest how to do this without re-installing Windows?

Did you mean to post dbgeng.dll ?

If the message does actually specify dbdeng.dll than it is *most* likely
related to malware.

IF the message did specify dbgeng.dll, then see:

I *highly* doubt that debugging is cause this issue.
