I have a user that needs to reply to many emails with specific text. Is
there a way to save that text so that she only needs a couple of key strokes
to insert the text into any email?

Ok, if I do it as a signature is there a way to add the Insert Signature
option to the right click menu?

In addition to the other ideas, you could also use a template or a draft.

The Outlook Editor has the Insert menu on the toolbar. You don't state your
Outlook version, so it's difficult to tell you how to find it when Word is
the editor.

I am using Outlook 2003 SP2

Thanks for the response Brian. I actually figured that part out already. It
is the right click menu that I want to have the signatures on as an option.
eg, right click in an email and insert signature appears on the menu list.
is this at all possible?
