SaveAsText - Run-time error 2002 - Function or feature not installed with this version of Access

Hi,

Trying to use the SaveAsText command which I have used succesfully
before, but when attempting to run it on a different computer running
Access 2003, I get a Run-time error 2002 "You tried to perform an
operation involving a function or feature that was not installed with
this version of Access".

Apart from the blindingly obvious reason for the error, what feature is
it that needs to be installed to make use if the command?

unfortunately its on my work computer and they only run a standard
install, so its probably the way they have configured the standard
install.
