Save UDfields IPM.Note to public folder

I have a custom routing form (IPM.Note), and I want to keep the
tracking process in public folder. So later, requster will get/check
the information about their routing form position. Is there any idea
how to save the UDfields into public folder.

Thank you in advance.
 
I'm not sure what you're trying to do. Custom field data is stored with the individual item, regardless of what folder it's in.
