Save Target As

If I receive a message that includes a link that points to an mp3 file on the
web, how do I save it to a local disk? Using Outlook Express you can right
click on the link and select Save Target As and it would download the mp3
file locally. However I can not find this function in Outlook. Left clicking
on the link brings up the mp3 player and plays the mp3 file.
